§ 7.25.070. Retrieval of disposable property other than firearms and ammunition.

A.

All disposable property is subject to civil and criminal asset forfeiture prior to release to an owner or finder.

B.

Retrieval of disposable property by an owner or finder shall be accomplished by the claim date.

C.

The finder of a bicycle may not retrieve the found bicycle. If the found bicycle is not retrieved by the owner, it shall be forfeited to the Municipality of Anchorage as unclaimed disposable property.
