§ 3.30.145. Pay for regular full-time employees who work on holiday.

A.

In addition to holiday pay an employee shall be paid for work performed on a recognized holiday at the regular straight-time rate unless he is eligible to receive overtime pay in the manner stated by section 3.30.129.

B.

If an employee is subsequently required to work on an approved personal holiday, the employee shall receive holiday pay in addition to regular pay at the applicable rate for the hours worked.
