§ 28.20.050. Notice of polling locations or accessible vote centers.

A.

The municipal clerk shall give at least two notices of the polling locations or accessible vote centers. The first notice shall be given:

1.

At least 20 days before a regular election.

2.

At least ten days before a special election.

3.

At least five days before a runoff election.

B.

The second notice shall be given no later than the day before the election.
