§ 19.20.015. Government contributions for park improvement districts.

Twenty-five percent of the cost of acquisition of park land financed through a special assessment district shall be borne by the municipality and shall not be assessed against the parcels of property benefited by the acquisition. Nothing in this section is intended to affect the responsibility of the municipality to participate to its proportionate share in the cost of any acquisition when the municipality owns benefited property within the boundaries of the assessment district.
