§ 9.48.070. Traffic citations—Copy deemed lawful complaint.

If the form of the citation provided under section 9.48.020 includes information and is sworn to as required in respect to a complaint charging commission of the offenses alleged in the citation when filed in the court having jurisdiction, it shall be deemed to be a lawful complaint for the purpose of prosecution under this chapter.
