§ 9.38.040. Riding on seat required; carrying other persons.

A.

A person operating a bicycle shall not ride other than upon or astride a permanent and regular seat attached thereto.

B.

No person operating a bicycle shall carry another person, unless the bicycle is equipped with a seat or a trailer for the passenger.
