§ 9.36.017. Limitation on idling time.

No person exempted under the provisions of 9.36.015A. shall allow an unattended vehicle motor vehicle to idle for more than 20 minutes.

AO No. 2003-135, § 1, effective October 21, 2003 amended the Code by adding a new section designated as AMC 9.36.020. Inasmuch as there already exists a provision so designated, the provision of said AO No. 2003-135 has been renumbered at the discretion of the Revisor of Ordinances under the authority granted in 1.05.070.
