§ 9.24.080. Stop at intersection where traffic control device is inoperative.

No person may proceed across an intersection without first coming to a full stop when the electronic, electrical or mechanical traffic control device present at that intersection has become inoperative. Each driver approaching such an intersection shall proceed as if each street which forms the intersection is posted with a stop sign.
