§ 9.20.015. Blind pedestrians.

A.
Every driver of a vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to a blind pedestrian carrying a visible white cane or accompanied by a guide dog.
B.
A person who is not legally blind may not use a white cane or a guide dog for the purpose of securing the right-of-way accorded by this section.
