§ 9.36.004. Notice of parade permit.

Latest version.

Immediately upon the granting of a permit for a parade the chief of police shall send a copy thereof to the following:
A.

The mayor;

B.

The chief administrative officer—operations;

C.

The fire chief;

D.

The traffic engineer;

E.

The director of public works; and

F.

The state traffic engineer, if state highways are involved.
