§ 9.36.001. Permit required.

Latest version.

Except for funeral processions, no person shall knowingly:
A.

Conduct, join or participate in a parade unless that parade has been authorized by a parade permit issued by the chief of police.

B.

Conduct, join or participate in a parade except in accordance with a parade permit issued by the chief of police for that parade.
