§ 8.55.060. Classified animals.

A.

It is unlawful for a person, with criminal negligence, to violate any provision of chapter 17.40 "regulation of animal behavior," pertaining to animals classified as level three, four or five.

B.

Violation of this section is a class B misdemeanor.
