§ 8.35.416.057. Permitting minor to illegally possess liquor in dwelling.

A.

Except as provided by AS 04.16.051, a person who is physically in possession and exercising dominion and control over a dwelling may not knowingly permit a person under 21 years of age to possess an alcoholic beverage in the dwelling.

B.

Violation of this section is a minor offense punishable as set forth on the minor offenses fine schedule.
