§ 7.25.090. Forfeiture of disposable property to the Municipality of Anchorage.

Latest version.

All disposable property, including firearms and ammunition, forfeited by a court or judicial proceeding, or not retrieved by the owner or finder by the claim date shall be deemed forfeited to the Municipality of Anchorage and disposed of as unclaimed disposable property.
