§ 6.40.040. Reports to state.

The chief fiscal officer shall file annually the following reports with the state department of community and regional affairs:
A.

A copy of the annual audited financial statements.

B.

Tax assessment data as requested.

C.

Reports relating to long-term debt as may be required.
