§ 5.80.030. Judicial review and enforcement.

A.

A complainant, or person against whom a complaint is filed, or other person aggrieved by an order of the commission, may obtain judicial review of the order in accordance with AS 44.62.560—44.62.570.

B.

The commission may obtain a court order for the enforcement of any of its orders by filing a complaint with the superior court in the Third Judicial District.
