§ 5.70.090. Intervention.

Any person may file a motion to intervene no later than 20 days prior to the date of the hearing. A motion to intervene shall be granted if the intervenor may be bound by an order of the commission or has a legal interest which may not be adequately represented by existing parties, and intervention would not unduly broaden the issues or delay the proceedings.
