§ 5.70.030. Appointment of hearing panel.

A.

The chair shall appoint three commissioners to serve as members of a hearing panel.

B.

Appointment of commissioners to serve on the hearing panel shall be on a case-by-case basis.

C.

Should a vacancy on the hearing panel occur, the chair shall appoint another member of the commission to fill the vacancy.
