§ 5.60.060. Administrative dismissal after conciliation conference.

  • A.

    If the respondent agrees to a remedy which the executive director believes is reasonably calculated to make the complainant whole and eliminate the discriminatory practice or policy, the provisions of which are acceptable to the complainant, the executive director shall administratively dismiss the complaint pursuant to subsection 5.60.020A.6 of this title.

    B.

    If the complainant refuses to accept a remedy offered by respondent, which the executive director believes is reasonably calculated to make the complainant whole, the executive director shall administratively dismiss the complaint pursuant to subsection 5.60.020A.5. of this title. In complaints filed under Anchorage Municipal Code chapter 5.25, the executive director shall proceed in accordance with section 5.70.010 et seq., of this title.
