§ 4.70.207. Record of meetings.

  • A tape recording shall be made of all regular and special meetings, including executive sessions, and the secretary shall maintain the minutes of regular and special meetings conducted by an advisory commission. The minutes shall include each decision of the advisory commission, with findings made and the vote of each member of the advisory commission for the respective decision. A copy of the minutes shall be signed by the secretary and submitted to the advisory commission for approval at its next meeting.
