§ 4.70.201. Time and place.

  • A.

    Regular meetings of an advisory commission shall be held at least monthly. Should an advisory commission be unable to complete all of the agenda at a regular meeting, the agenda shall be continued to the following scheduled meeting, unless otherwise specified by the end of the meeting.

    B.

    Special meetings may be called by the chair or secretary, provided that at least 24 hours' notice of special meetings is given each member at his/her established business or residence. Special meetings shall be noticed on the municipal clerk's public notice board.

    C.

    Regular meetings of an advisory commission shall be held at a designated place. Notice of the meeting place and agenda shall be given to each member and advertised to the public at least seven days prior to the meeting.
