§ 4.70.102. Secretary.

The general manager of each public utility shall be the secretary of its respective advisory commission. In the general manager's absence, another member of the utility staff shall act as secretary. The secretary shall keep a record of all meetings of the advisory commission and shall keep such files as may be required.
