§ 3.30.159. Military leave.

  • Any regular employee who is ordered to report to active duty training or active duty in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, National Guard or organized military reserves of the United States shall be allowed up to ten working days leave per calendar year for such purpose. During such leave, employees shall be paid the difference in their regular pay, including longevity pay, and their military pay and longevity, if any. Such military leave shall not be deducted from annual leave accrued. Employees ordered to attend additional periods of military training may take annual leave or leave without pay for such training.
