§ 3.30.143. Computation of holiday pay.

  • A.

    Regular full-time employees. Regular full-time employees shall receive their regular straight time rate of pay for recognized holidays.

    B.

    Regular part-time employees. Regular part-time employees shall receive pay for recognized holidays which occur in their standard work period based on the percent of full time their position is scheduled to work.

    C.

    Holiday occurring during annual or sick leave. A recognized holiday occurring during an employee's annual or sick leave shall not be counted as a day of annual or sick leave.
