§ 2.60.145. Confidentiality.

    Disclosure of the names of complainants and witnesses may be made only if disclosure is necessary to facilitate investigation of a complaint, or with consent of the complainant or witness.

    B.

    Records provided to the Ombudsman which are accorded confidential or privileged status under municipal, state or federal law shall not be disclosed by the Ombudsman.
