§ 28.80.015. Supervision and observation of counting.

A.

The processing of ballot return envelopes and ballot tabulation shall be available for public viewing to the extent that the municipal clerk determines that election officials and computer personnel will not be hindered in the performance of their duties.

B.

All ballot tabulation processing using a software application shall be under the supervision of the municipal clerk and observed by at least one of the following selected by the municipal clerk:

1.

Internal auditor or designee,

2.

IT director or designee, or

3.

Municipal ombudsman or designee.
