§ 28.50.170. Exhibiting marked ballots prohibited.

A.

No voter may exhibit a ballot to an election official or any other person so as to enable any person to ascertain how the voter marked the ballot, except as provided in section 28.50.130 and section 28.50.150.

B.

A violation of this section is subject to enforcement and a fine under Title 14.
