§ 27.30.660. Homestead Limited Road Service Area.

A.

There is a limited road service area within the municipality known as Homestead LRSA to provide limited road maintenance to the area described on the map located in section 27.30.700.

B.

The Homestead Limited Road Service Area shall contribute funds expressly for the maintenance of roads commencing January 1, 2014. The mill rate shall not exceed 1.30 mills in any calendar year.
