§ 27.30.640. Paradise Valley South Limited Road Service Area.

A.

There is a limited road service within the municipality known as the Paradise Valley South LRSA, to provide limited road maintenance to the area described on the map located in section 27.30.700.

B.

The Paradise Valley South Limited Road Service Area shall contribute funds expressly for the maintenance of roads commencing January 1, 2004, and shall continue in existence until altered or abolished by an affirmative vote of the area affected at an election held prior to alteration or abolishment of the service area. The mill rate shall not exceed 1.0 mills in any calendar year.
