§ 27.30.590. Rockhill Limited Road Service Area.

A.

There is established, pursuant to section 9.01 of the Charter, a limited road service area within the municipality to be the Rockhill Limited Road Service Area of the municipality, as outlined on the map located in section 27.30.700.

B.

The Rockhill Limited Road Service Area shall contribute funds expressly for the maintenance of roads commencing on January 1, 1990, and shall continue in existence until altered or abolished by an affirmative vote of the area affected at an election held prior to alteration or abolishment of the service area. The mill rate shall not exceed 1.50 mills in any calendar year.
