§ 27.30.550. Eaglewood Contributing Road Service Area.

A.

There is established, pursuant to section 9.01 of the Charter, a contributing road service area within the municipality to be the Eaglewood Contributing Road Service Area of the municipality, as outlined on the map located in section 27.30.700.

B.

The Eaglewood Contributing Road Service Area shall contribute funds expressly for the maintenance of roads common to the Chugiak, Birchwood, Eagle River Rural Road Service Area commencing January 1, 1989, and shall continue until such time as the Chugiak, Birchwood, Eagle River Rural Road Service Area is abolished. The mill rate shall not exceed 20 percent of the Chugiak, Birchwood, Eagle River Rural Road Service Area in any calendar year.
