§ 27.30.350. Raven Woods/Bubbling Brook Limited Road Service Area.

A.

There is a limited road service area within the municipality known as Raven Woods/Bubbling Brook Limited Road Service Area to provide limited road maintenance and repair to the area described on the map located in section 27.30.700.

B.

Limited road service maintenance and repair within the service area shall commence on January 1, 1984, and shall continue in existence until altered or abolished by an affirmative vote of the area affected at an election held prior to alteration or abolishment of the service area. The mill rate shall not exceed 1.5 mills in any calendar year except that the mill levy for the tax year 1995 shall be increased to 1.5 mills.
