§ 27.30.240. Rabbit Creek View and Rabbit Creek Heights Limited Road Service Area.

A.

There is established a limited road service area within the municipality known as Rabbit Creek View and Rabbit Creek Heights Limited Road Service Area to provide for limited road maintenance and repair to the area described on the map located in section 27.30.700.

B.

Limited road service maintenance and repair within the service area shall commence on January 1, 1981, and shall continue in existence until altered or abolished by an affirmative vote in the area affected at an election held prior to alteration or abolishment of the service area. The mill rate shall not exceed 2.5 mills in any calendar year.
