§ 27.30.180. Eagle River-Chugiak Solid Waste Disposal Service Area.

A.

There is established, pursuant to section 9.01 of the Charter, a service area within the municipality to be the Eagle River-Chugiak Solid Waste Disposal Service Area (ERCSWDSA), formerly known as Service Area 70—Eagle River-Chugiak, which consists of the municipality less the areas of the former cities of Anchorage and Girdwood less the area of existing Service Areas 30 and 71, as outlined on the map located in section 27.30.700.

B.

Solid waste disposal services shall be provided in the Eagle River-Chugiak Solid Waste Disposal Service Area.
