§ 27.30.110. City Service Area—Roads and Drainage Bonded Indebtedness Retirement Service Area.

A.

There is established, pursuant to section 9.01 of the Charter, a service area within the municipality to be the City Service Area—Roads and Drainage Bonded Indebtedness Retirement Service Area (CSA RDBIRSA) of the municipality, as outlined on the map located in section 27.30.700.

B.

The City Service Area—Roads and Drainage Bonded Indebtedness Retirement Service Area shall be used exclusively for payment of debt service on roads and drainage bonded indebtedness incurred for road and drainage improvements in that service area or authorized by the voters before August 30, 1977, to be incurred in that service area.
