§ 26.65.060. Role of enhanced 911 system in emergency services.

The establishment, operation and response to calls utilizing the system is a part of the municipality's coordinated effort to provide emergency aid to its residents and visitors. As such, the processing and response to a 911 call is considered by the municipality to be an integral part of providing emergency care or counseling as those terms are used in AS 9.65.090.
