§ 26.30.010. Rates, fees and charges.

Electric service rates, fees and charges are as established in the municipal light and power utility tariff which has been duly adopted and approved by the state public utilities commission, unless another rate, fee or charge is provided for in a special contract filed with, and approved by, the state public utilities commission.
