§ 25.10.008. Public assembly use permit.

A public assembly use permit is required for the use of any facility by a public assembly. If permitted by section 25.10.010 of these regulations, the director shall issue a public assembly use permit designating a reasonable time and place for a designated activity to be conducted while allowing normal public use of the facility and protecting the health, safety and welfare of the public.
