§ 24.60.140. Utility installations—Removal of facilities on cessation of use.

Utilities accepting permits under the terms of sections 24.60.020 through 24.60.170 for the installation of any facility shall remove or decommission such facility at the direction of the director of development services when the facility is no longer required, such work to be done at the expense of the utility.
