§ 24.50.190. Building construction, demolition or repair—Mixing mortar and concrete.

It is unlawful to mix mortar or concrete in a public place unless it is confined to a tight box or mixing board, and in no case shall mixers or boxes be washed so that the water will run into the street unless free of all sand, cement or any similar material.
