§ 23.75.8.6.1.7.2. Periodic test tags.

In 8.6.1.7.2-Periodic Test Tags, replace language with the following:
The appropriate approved Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) A17.1-2010 Periodic Test form with the applicable code requirement(s) and date(s) performed, and the name of the person or firm performing the test, shall be installed in the machine room/space or control room/space for all periodic tests. It shall be stored and kept with the Maintenance Control Program booklet or folder or stored in a separate folder or sleeve to provide protection for the form.
