§ 23.30.300.24. Cold temperature installations.

Add section 300.24 as follows:
300.24 Cold Temperature installations: Thermoplastic type insulated wires or cables, or non-metallic tubing shall not be installed when ambient temperatures are less than 20 degrees F.
