§ 23.10.104.3.5. Temporary and seasonal use permit cash bonds.

For all temporary or seasonal use structures, prior to permit approval, the applicant shall post bond with the building official. The bond shall be in the form of cash or certified check in the amount of $5,000:

A.

Upon removal of the temporary or seasonal use structure by the applicant and compliance with all terms of this section, the bond shall be returned in full to the applicant.

B.

Thirty days after receipt of a notice from the building official to the property owner or applicant of failure to comply with the terms of the permit, the bond shall be forfeited at the applicant's sole expense.
