§ 21.90.040. Enforcement of chapter.

A.

Violations of this chapter are subject to all of the penalties and remedies for violations of this title set forth in chapter 21.25.

B.

In addition to the penalties and remedies provided for violations of this chapter in subsection A of this section, no permit may be issued to install a utility distribution line on municipal property or in a municipal easement or right-of-way in violation of this chapter.
