§ 21.65.060. Nonconformities.

A.

Any land use which is a nonconformity under this chapter shall be governed and restricted by the provisions of chapter 21.55.

B.

Nonconformities which are in existence or lawfully under construction as of May 13, 1980, shall be permitted only in accordance with chapter 21.55.
