In addition to the regulations applied to individual zoning districts in chapter 21.40, the regulations contained in this chapter apply in individual districts, groups
of districts, or all districts as specified. Regulations shall apply to all zoning
districts where a specific application is not set forth. For the purposes of this
chapter the term "residential district" shall apply to the R-1, R-1A, R-2A, R-2D,
R-2M, R-3, R-4, D-2, D-3, R-5, R-5A, R-6, R-7, R-8, R-9, R-10, R-11 and R-O districts.
The term "industrial district" shall apply to the I-1, I-2, I-3 and MI districts.
The term "business district" shall apply to the B-1A, B-1B, B-2A, B-2B, B-2C, B-3,
B-4 and MC districts.
