Part 1. APPEALS TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT |
§ 21.30.010. Jurisdiction of board.
The board of adjustment shall decide appeals:
A.
From decisions regarding the approval or disapproval of a plat or a variance from the provisions of chapters 21.80 and 21.85.
B.
From decisions regarding the approval or disapproval of applications for concept or final approval of conditional uses and site plans.
