§ 21.20.070. Minimum area requirements.

No zoning map amendment may be approved that:

A.

Applies any use district to an area less than 1.75 acres (76,230 square feet), excluding rights-of-way, except for:

1.

An amendment extending the boundaries of an existing use district.

2.

An amendment initiated by the municipal administration to place municipally owned land in a PLI use district.

3.

An amendment for local and neighborhood business zoning, subject to the requirements of section 21.40.140.G.

B.

Applies a PC use district to an area less than 40 acres, including rights-of-way, except for an amendment extending the boundaries of an existing PC use district where all of the district as extended is subject to a common master plan.
