§ 21.05.130. Implementation—Coastal Management Plan.
The following elements of the Anchorage Coastal Management Plan, dated July 2007, are adopted as elements of the comprehensive plan:

In Chapter Two: Section 2.1—"Anchorage Coastal Zone Boundary"; Section 2.1.1—"Boundary Clarification"; and Section 2.1.2—"Designation"; on pages 3—4.
B.
In Chapter Two: Section 2.4—"Areas Meriting Special Attention" on page 4.
C.
In Chapter Three: Section 3.1.2—"Goals and Objectives" on page 8.
D.
All of Chapter Five—"Enforceable Policies" on pages 41—43.
