§ 19.80.050. Confirmation of assessment roll.

After reviewing an assessment roll for LUC sewer assessments, and any allegations of errors or inequalities in the assessment roll, the assembly shall correct any error or inequality that it finds in the assessment roll and confirm the assessment roll by resolution.
